A Letter from the Founder
When I was a child, I already understood something many adults forget: children are not empty vessels waiting to be filled. They are visionaries, creators, storytellers, and dreamers carrying worlds within them.
My deepest passion has always been children’s rights and the creative arts — especially writing, filmmaking, and media. Long before I studied film production, I was writing poems to advocate for children’s causes. At just 11 years old, my poem “Us, Children” received the Weimar Buchlöwe Award and was published in a book. Even then, I knew I wanted to use storytelling to give children a voice.
Years later, after graduating in film production, I became even more certain of one thing: media shapes the way children see themselves and the world around them.
And if media has the power to shape identity, then it also has the power to heal, empower, and transform lives.
That realization became the foundation of my mission.
I wanted children not only to consume stories, but to create them. Not only to admire heroes on screens, but to recognize the hero within themselves.
Through filmmaking, storytelling, and creative expression, children begin to externalize the visions they carry in their minds and the dreams they hold in their hearts. When a child creates their own superhero movie, documentary, audiovisual diary, or story, something powerful happens: they stop passively absorbing the world and start consciously shaping it.
Because films are never “just entertainment.”
Stories shape beliefs.
Beliefs shape identity.
Identity shapes destiny.
Young people often identify so deeply with fictional characters that those stories begin influencing how they think, behave, dream, and value themselves. So I began asking a different question:
What if children learned to become the author of their own story instead?
That question changed everything for me.
Over the years, I also realized that today’s children are facing challenges unlike any previous generation. They are growing up in a world of overstimulation, comparison, anxiety, disconnection, and constant digital influence. Creativity alone is no longer enough. Children need emotional tools, critical thinking, self-awareness, confidence, resilience, imagination, and the ability to stay connected to who they truly are.
That is why I brought together mentors and experts from different disciplines to help guide children beyond traditional education and toward meaningful personal growth.
Today, we are a small but deeply devoted team, wholeheartedly committed to nurturing the unique potential within every child. We do not believe children need to become “more.” We believe much of what already exists within them simply needs space, guidance, encouragement, and trust to emerge.
Our mission is not to overload children with more information.
It is to help them unlock the creative potential within.
We focus on helping children become independent thinkers, emotionally aware human beings, creative problem-solvers, and confident creators who trust themselves and their vision, no matter the obstacles that come their way.
We run an annual six-month mentorship program focused on creativity, personal growth, creative entrepreneurship, leadership, community and life skills for the modern world.
More than anything, this is about helping children remember who they are before the world tells them who they should be.
Because every child carries something unique within them.
A voice.
A vision.
A gift.
A purpose.
And they deserve the tools, guidance, and belief needed to bring it to life.
We would love to welcome you and your children into this journey.
With love and deep appreciation,
Andra Maria
So, I’ve teamed up with several experts in various fields to mentor and introduce children in various modern disciplines and help them develop their independence, resourcefulness, imagination, and necessary life skills — all things to help a child live a fulfilled life. And keep on thriving as an adult.
Today we’re a small team of committed mentors who firmly believe in your child, are strongly cheering them on, and are hugely excited for the things they’re dreaming of and working toward.
Our mission is to take stuff out, rather than pouring more things in. We aim for transformation, rather than information. So, we’ve designed an online program as a step by step method for children to go from daydreamers to confident creators in about 1 month. This is available for children worldwide.
For children based in Luxembourg, we also run every year a four months mentorship programme.
Join our community and equip your child with the tools they need to thrive in 21st-century life.
Remember, they were born to live up to their highest potential.
With all our love and appreciation,
Andra.
