How We Teach

Different bodies need different food plans, different sleep patterns, different fluids. Brains happen to function the same way.
At 2030, WHEN i GROW UP we treat each and every child differently and focus on their unique strengths and potential.

We know what it’s like to have your brain full with information. We set a strong foundation so that when your child will go out into the world, they won’t say, wait, give me a break to recover. Instead they’ll be going with ENERGY to take action upon their dreams, with a STRONG SENSE OF SELF and CAN DO ATTITUDE to create a positive impact.

We see failure and mistakes as opportunities for growth. Our workshops are where children test, try, fail and then start all over again.
When mistakes happen, we don’t punish or isolate the children. We help them take responsibility so they can take over control and grow.

#GrowthMindset. At 2030, WHEN i GROW UP there is no room for competition. It’s the quirkiness and imperfections that make a child perfect. We teach children they don’t have to wait to get it right. They have to get it going.
Our children are more than dreamers. They are doers.

We teach children to be self-sufficient. We train their mindset to see in every problem an opportunity to grow. Mentally – Financially – Spiritually – Emotionally – Socially.
Our children are problem-solvers.
Everything is FIGUREOUTABLE.

And mentors.
We are experts in their field and, more importantly, we are children’s friends. We are here to guide them, push them and do whatever it takes to keep them on their game so they can turn their dreams into action.

We believe learning can be easy and fun.
Our workshops are meant to make children wanna learn more. “Give Me More!”

We know that it is difficult to achieve great results without mental, physical, emotional and spiritual fitness.
That’s why we’re here to sustain every aspect of our children’s potential.

We love so much our work, that we give back. We give back to children from less privileged contexts like the children from Pediatric Hospitals in Romania.
In fact, this is how everything started.
