Mindfulness and Meditation sessions are replacing detention
classes in primary schools throughout the USA.
More and more meditation is being used in daycare to
keep children cool, calm and focused on learning.
In this class we will watch movies about the effects of
mindfulness and meditation versus the lack of effects where
there is no mindfulness, nor meditation in practice.
Children are encouraged to talk about their
emotions, both positive as well as offending behaviour.
We have a yoga & meditation instructor on board who is guiding children through breathing and meditation practices.
The processes are designed to relax our children and calm disruptive emotions.
We’ll equip the participants with daily simple habits they can do at home and lead a mindful life.
